♦ E-Cube English Language Lab
E-Cube English Language Lab is a software to help you improve your English Language proficiency. It has four levels for language learning. The activities for students of Standard V can be found in Level 3. To enter the Lab, you need a username and a password. For instance, the first student of V A will have the username and password 5a1.
♦ Listening Story
Select the story Rainbow Sambar.
♦ Let’s Find out some special features of vegetables.
Match the Vegetables - Lets do the activity.
• Click on the button Match the Vegetables
• When the vegetables pop up drag them into the boxes to match their features.
• When the task is over, click ‘Finish Attempt’
• To repeat the activity, click ‘Return Attempt’.
• To submit the task, click ‘Submit all and Finish’
• Once you submit, your marks for the task will appear in a window.
♦ To improve performance
To repeat the performance
• Click the Finish review button to repeat the task.
• You can do the task again in the Window that pops up.
♦ Let’s Find Out the Order of Recipe
To do the task, 'Make it Ready'
• Click on the button ✔Make it Ready(1.6)
• The window that opens displays the recipe in wrong order. Drag each
word into the box in the correct order.
• Click Finish Attempt when you complete the task.
• Click Return to Attempt if you want to do it once more. If you don’t want to
repeat, finish the task by clicking the button submit all and finish.
• Now, the window displaying your marks will pop up.
♦ Let’s Record
To Record the Audio
• Click on Record the recipe (1.7). Click on Add submission that pops up.
• Select the record button from the Editor window that pops up.
• Record clicking on Start recording in the Record Audio window. Click
on Stop recording (01.51) to finish recording.
• To save recording, click on Attach recording
• When the Editor window pops up, click on Save changes to submit.
