Yes, I have participated in a celebration. It was my school’s Annual Day, and I was very excited. I wore a new dress and joined my friends in decorating the stage with balloons and flowers. We practised a dance and performed together, and everyone clapped for us. After the program, we shared sweets and laughed happily. I liked the celebration because it brought all of us together, and I felt proud and joyful to be part of it.

Take some fruits like apples, strawberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, whatever you like. Wash them thoroughly. Cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Add enough sugar and juice of one lemon to it and mix them. Add ice cream or custard to it. Your fruit salad is ready.

One day, the little Goldfish swam deep into the sea. He saw a beautiful glass palace shining brightly. At the door stood the Mermaid Princess, smiling because it was her birthday party.
Inside the palace, dolphins whistled happily, and all the sea creatures gathered. The Mermaid Princess cut a big birthday cake, and everyone clapped and sang. The Goldfish tasted the cake and said it was delicious.
Then, the friends presented gifts to the Princess. The Goldfish gave her a shiny pearl, the Dolphin brought a shell necklace, and the Shark offered a coral crown. The Princess thanked them all with joy.
Suddenly, some boatmen above the sea started throwing plastic waste into the water. The Shark became angry and hit the boat with his tail. The Mermaid Princess came out quickly. She did not punish the boatmen but warned them kindly never to pollute the sea again. The boatmen promised to stop.
After that, the party continued with laughter, dancing, and sharing gifts. The Mermaid Princess was very happy, and the Goldfish thought it was the best birthday celebration ever.

It was a beautiful evening. Hectic preparations were going on for the annual day celebrations of the Vegetable Residence Association. All were very happy. Children were running and playing all around. The programme co-ordinator, Mr Brinjal, came to the stage and announced the programme. The programme began with a prayer song. Ms. Cabbage sang a beautiful song in her sweet voice. Then it was the Pumpkin's turn. She performed Bharatanatyam like a professional dancer. Master Tomato played the guitar and sang a beautiful song. Though Elephantyam was a little fat, everybody enjoyed her dance. Then came the Slim Cucumber with a folk dance.
Everybody was in a jolly mood. But there were a few who felt jealous of them. Nobody noticed them. They were the dark clouds. They decided to play a trick on them. Soon they gathered and started raining. Mr. Brinjal announced to hold on, but the rain was so heavy that they all ran away in different directions. The clouds became happy and laughed loudly with thunder.
